咖啡是不少上班族每日必需的飲品,不過飲用過量,糖份分分鐘隨時超標。Nutri-Pro健營物理治療及營養中心營養師黃倩雅(Cynthia)就在Facebook專頁分享了21款低糖罐裝咖啡,並列明卡路里,方便大家參考。
Cynthia指,其實就算減肥期間,都不一定只可以飲用「齋啡」,低糖咖啡也適合每朝需要飲「回魂啡」的朋友。不過,部分產品或使用了代糖和全脂奶取代奶精,雖然產品屬於低糖或低卡,但都不宜飲用過多。
